Recipe Corner
Paneer Butter Masala is a popular North Indian dish loved by many. The gravy is creamy and spicy with the addition of Foodgrand Red Chilli powder. This recipe requires some basic ingredients and is very easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 200 gm Paneer (cut into cubes)
- 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Foodgrand Red Chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 Green chili (slit lengthwise)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let the seeds crackle.
2. Add the chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.
4. Add Foodgrand Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, and Coriander powder and fry for a few seconds.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chili and fry for a few minutes.
6. Add the paneer cubes and fry for a few minutes.
7. Add a cup of water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Add fresh cream and simmer for few more minutes.
9. Adjust the salt and add fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
10. Serve hot with chapati, naan or rice.
